Patient letters are one of the most visible aspects of your service to patients. Patient letters are fully customizable by the facility and by radiologist. Patient follow-up is made easy by automated tracking with reminder letters and annual letters.

Includes over 90 screening, diagnostic, and procedure letter templates that can be used "as is" or customized by facility or by radiologist
Facilities are able to add custom header and footer, including logo images, to a master template for all letters generated from the facility
All generated letters are stored in PDF format and available for on-line review and re-printing, if needed
The rules-based letter generator includes a default follow-up and reminder letter schedule
Initial letters are pre-configured to generate upon the start of exam tracking
The facility determines number and timing of follow-up and reminder letters
An Optional HL7 Interface is available to import patient demographics and report information into MG-Track for automatic reminder letter control based on visit schedules, including re-scheduling letters if a scheduled visit is missed
