The patent-pending Atirix MOM™ Mammography Operational Management (MOM) system frees radiologists and breast imaging technologists to serve more patients by automating mammography workflow.

The MOM system reduces manual tasks for breast imaging facilities, from initial breast exam scheduling and registration through patient outcome tracking and reporting required by the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA).

Radiologists receive fast and easy access to information they need to automatically document exam results, create reports and generate patient letters. Mammographers can spend more time with patients because their paperwork burden is reduced. The MOM system is a web based package built using the newest Microsoft technologies. MOM incorporates the Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System (BI-RADS®) Atlas of the American College of Radiology and includes a specific workflow for each type of exam — Screening, Diagnostic and Procedure.
