Quality Control Workflow

The Quality Control Workflow alerts the user to current and past-due tests, guides data entry via worksheets, and gathers the data needed for reporting and on-going imaging quality management.

The QC Dashboard is used to view and sort the tests needed by room and accessory devices, and includes links to worksheets.
The Device Checklist provides a view of all tests for a device, upcoming due dates, and links to worksheets.
Flexible QC test schedule setup, including daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual tests.
Customizable worksheets gather test data. Field values that fall outside pre-defined thresholds are highlighted.
All test results are captured, including an overall pass/fail status. Follow-up and resolution are recorded for failed tests.
All data entry is recorded in an audit log.
All reports and graphs are computer generated with a clean and consistent appearance.
Five different types of reports are available, including checklist, worksheet, graph, sign-off, and failure reports.
Customized report packets can be set up in user-defined order. Packets can include all types of reports. Report packet definitions can be saved and re-used.
Report output is in PDF format that can be viewed, printed, saved, or sent via email.
QC Sign-Off enables responsible parties, including lead radiologist, QC technologist, medical physicist, and facility management to select device and date range for review, perform an on-line review, and electronically sign off. Sign-off reminders alert the user when sign-off is due.
