QC-Track Training
The Atirix training process is made up of 4 steps:
- User Training (ASRT approved for credit, 1.5 CEUs)
- Worksheet review and QC schedule setup
- Post-training Follow Up Call
- Pre-inspection Prep Call
QC-Track User Training is done via WebEx. If you are new to WebEx or will be using a computer that has not been a WebEx client before, please verify that the computer
meets WebEx technical specifications by contacting Atirix Support.
Atirix can meet special training needs with on-site QC-track training or post-training.

User Training
Lead QC Technologists, technologists, managers, and medical physicists might all be interested in learning how to use QC-Track.
QC-Track Training is approved by the ASRT for 1.5 Category A continuing education credits.
Your Atirix implementation coordinator will contact you to schedule training once QC-Track software has been installed and configured.
Training participants are required to have completed their vendor's QC training course.
- QC-Track basics - logging in/out, system navigation, help, manuals, Atirix support
- QC Test Schedule - using and setting up device QC Test Schedule
- QC Dashboard function - enter quality control test results into the appropriate test worksheet
- QC-Connector - import phantom image QC data
- Device Checklist - complete, view and modify worksheets
- QC Test Failure Log - viewing the failure log and adding Failure Remarks to tests
- QC Checklist Report - run a Daily, Weekly, or Monthly, Quarterly report by device and date range
- QC Device Worksheet Report - run a report to view the dates of quality control sign-off
- QC Test Failure Report - run an equipment failure report for a date range
- QC Graph Report - produce the graphs for any of the tests for a date range
- QC Batch Report - create and run a consolidated report
- Credentials Management - view dashboard, add credentials, add credits, reminders and attach documents
- Administrative functions - add and modify Facilities and Users, Audit log, passwords
- Securing functions - add and modify roles
Atirix issues training certificates within two weeks after User Training.
Worksheet Review and QC Schedule set-up
After User Training has been completed, the Atirix training team conducts a separate on-line seminar to coach on QC schedule set-up and
worksheet entry, as well as answer any questions that have come up after User Training. Upon completion of Worksheet Review you will be ready to being using
QC-Track on a day-to-day basis.
Worksheet Review is typically scheduled for between one to five days after User Training is completed.
Post-Training Follow Up Call
The Atirix training team contacts QC-Track sites approximately four to six weeks after User Training for a brief discussion to answer any questions
and discuss advanced system features, particularly reporting.
Pre-Inspection Prep Call
The Atirix training team contacts QC-Track sites approximately six to eight weeks prior to site's first scheduled inspection to answer any questions and
to coach on inspection preparations.
