Imaging departments have a wide range of required events that need to be performed as part of the ongoing quality control process. Some of the events are structured events, like an annual inspection or a quarterly dosimetry review. Other events are on-demand events, like a service call. Regardless, inspectors need assurance at the point of inspection that any necessary QC events were scheduled and performed, and they might also need access to any documents that resulted from the event. The ACR Continuous Quality Control program specifies requirements for preventive maintenance records.

QC-Track^®.Planner^TM
QC-Track^®.Planner^TM is a QC-Track module for scheduling device and location events and storing associated documents. The month-by-month calendar displays all upcoming location and device events, and reminder emails notify one or more parties when QC events are approaching, overdue, or needing to be scheduled. In addition, any attached documents are stored in the central QC-Track data repository, making records accessible from anywhere on the network.

QC-Track.Planner accommodates both imaging units with QC processes and devices that are PM only.

Defining your process for MQSA FDA EQUIP compliance? QC-Track.Planner has pre-defined QC Events (including notification emails) to schedule, complete, and document the Image Review Process defined in Question 2, and to schedule the QC Sign Off process for Question 3.
