Training
The following Atirix four-step training process is tailored for site-specific modalities:
  1. QC-Track User Training
  2. Worksheet Review
  3. Reporting Training
  4. Pre-inspection Review

Additionally, the online Client Center is available for ongoing training support.
QC-Track User Training
Users can opt for attending Atirix’s Webinar Conference and/or use Atirix’s online Client Center.

Webinar Conference - Live Group Training
  • 1 to 1.5 hour conducted via webinar.
  • ASRT approved for 1.5 CEUs for general credit
  • Each technologist attends one session
  • Multiple sessions available
  • Technologists from multiple sites may attend the same session
  • Multiple computers may be used during the same session
  • Users from same site can attend different sessions

Client Center
  • Find online help guides in the Client Center for self-training, troubleshooting, and answers to specific questions.

Worksheet Review
After QC-Track User Training has been completed, the Atirix Training Team conducts a separate online seminar to coach on QC schedule setup and worksheet entry and answer any questions that have come up since User Training. Upon completion of Worksheet Review, users will be ready to begin using QC-Track on a day-to-day basis.
  • 30-60 minutes
  • One worksheet review for each site and modality
  • Held after QC-Track User Training usually with lead QC technologist
  • During review:
  • Set QC Test schedules for the devices
  • Enter devices' baselines and limits

Reporting Training
The Atirix Training Team contacts QC-Track sites after QC-Track User Training to answer any questions and discuss advanced system features, particularly reporting.
  • Typically 6-8 weeks after Worksheet Review
  • 20-30 minutes
  • Answer any questions
  • Go over the QC Reports (under Reporting module)
  • Go over Inspection Reports template

Pre-Inspection Review
The Atirix Training Team contacts QC-Track sites prior to the site's first scheduled inspection to answer any questions and to coach on inspection preparations.
  • Scheduled several weeks before your inspection
  • Set up a meeting with Atirix Support Team to go over what is needed for your inspection
