Installation Process
Atirix Support makes it easy to get going with QC-Track products.

Atirix installs QC-Track and QC-Track.Aprons via a remote installation using SecureLink or a VPN. QC-Track and QC-Track.Aprons are pre-configured by Atirix. The Atirix Installation Team will send you a Site Survey to gather your site’s technical and user configuration information once we receive your order.

Atirix provides training via webinar. Atirix Support will schedule training once the QC-Track application software is installed on your server.

Server Platform
QC-Track and QC-Track.Aprons are software-only editions installed on your server platform, like a virtual server, or on an Atirix-managed dedicated cloud server. Configuration requirements are in the Atirix Technical Specifications guide available from Atirix Support.

Browsers and Server Software
Atirix tests and validates QC-Track with Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox.

Recent client releases of QC-Track and QC-Track.Aprons require the following operating software:

• Microsoft Windows Server^® 2016 or 2019.
• Internet Information Services (IIS) running ASP.NET 4.5.1 or greater.
• SQL Server^® 2016 or 2019. Atirix provides SQL Server Express Edition.

Security and Integrity
The QC-Track system has extensive security controls to help you maintain the integrity of your data. Security features include:

• User Security. QC-Track includes user login and password controls and LDAP for Windows Active Directory integration.
• Provisioning. Users are assigned to Roles. Roles determine the level of access to QC-Track components and locations, giving the QC manager precise control over the QC workflow.
• Audit Log. All data entry, including scanning, worksheet entry, and any data changes, is recorded in audit logs.
• Data Recovery. QC-Track has built-in data, worksheet, and report revisioning for enhanced recovery capabilities.
